Sabriye Tenberken, a blind German who has travelled the Himalayas on horseback by herself, founded a school for blind children in Tibet. Once I saw a recording of her performance in which she was saying: “I am blind. So what?” – and then I realised that all limitations and fear of taking action and pursuing our dreams are in our heads. She is an author of academic program of the kanthari course.

Paul Kronenberg, a Dutchman, is a propeller for the functioning of the institute. He motivates, supports, organises keeps contact with donors and additionally runs with a smile among the computer, the camera and the people.
